Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Once a package is handed over to the courier, SOIREE ENTERTAINMENT LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our merchandise and event-specific designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
